At Broad Chalke, we believe that a school uniform helps to create a strong sense of belonging, pride and identity. Our uniform reflects the values of our school community and supports pupils in being ready to learn, participate and flourish.

We are committed to creating an environment where every child is known, valued and encouraged to achieve their full potential. Our uniform policy reflects the trust's commitment to inclusion, dignity, respect and equality, ensuring that all pupils can participate fully in school life regardless of their background, faith, culture, disability, gender or family circumstances.

Our Uniform Policy has been developed with due regard to the Department for Education's statutory guidance Cost of School Uniforms and the non-statutory guidance School Uniforms: Guidance for Schools. The school is committed to ensuring that uniform requirements are practical, inclusive, affordable and represent best value for families
